Paul and Nick's wedding was so much fun, it was more like play than work. It doesn't hurt this couple is one of my favorites on the planet.
The boys were really excited to get their hands dirty, and handled most of the decor and design elements themselves. I just came in and did a few sewing projects for them. I hand crafted pocketsquares for the men, and little poufs for the ladies.. even a little boy's tie for their sweet ring bearer.
For their alter, we wanted to recreate the rope installation in the Ace's Lobby. Utilizing a few different mulin fabrics (unbleached + tea-dyed) I braided, crocheted and knotted my way until I got our desired rope-like texture.
The Ace is such an awesome backdrop, you hardly have to do anything to make it magical.
